3. Return & Refund Request Policy

Refund Request Window

Customers must raise a refund or return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging to qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
